By using ImageToAnything you agree to the following terms. They are intentionally short and written in plain English.
Fair use
ImageToAnything is free to use for personal and commercial projects. We ask that you do not abuse the service by attempting to overload the page, run automated scrapers against it, or use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Repeated abuse may result in your IP being rate-limited at the network edge.
Browser-side processing disclaimer
All conversions happen locally in your browser. While we make every effort to ensure conversions are fast and accurate, the quality, speed and success of each conversion depend on your device, browser version, available memory and the size and format of your source file. We cannot guarantee identical results across every device or browser.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert. You confirm that you own the rights to any image you process with our tools, or that you have the necessary permission from the rights holder. You must not use ImageToAnything to convert content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual property
The ImageToAnything name, logo, design, copy and underlying source code are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, mirror, rebrand or redistribute the site without prior written permission. You retain full ownership of every image you convert — we claim no rights over your files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageToAnything and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep ImageToAnything available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date below. Your continued use of ImageToAnything after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
