Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 15, 2026

By using ImageToAnything you agree to the following Terms. They are intentionally written in plain English, but they are legally binding — please read them in full before you rely on the Service for anything important.

Who these terms apply to

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ImageToAnything (the "Service") — every tool, page, blog article and downloadable resource served from imagetoanything.com and its subdomains. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Fair use of a free service

The Service is and will remain free for personal and commercial use. You may use it to process as many files as you like, integrate it into your daily workflow, recommend it to colleagues, and use the outputs commercially without paying us anything or attributing us.

In return, please do not:

  • Run automated scrapers, headless browsers or bots against the site at a rate that could degrade it for other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, mirror, white-label or rehost the tools as your own product without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass, attack or probe our infrastructure, our CDN, or our advertising integrations.
  • Use the Service to process content that is illegal where you live, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material that infringes another person's intellectual property.

Repeated abuse may result in your IP being rate-limited or blocked at our edge network, with no individual notice.

How the tools work — and what that means for results

Every tool on ImageToAnything runs locally inside your browser using standard Web APIs and WebAssembly modules. We do not run server-side conversion. This is great for privacy but it does mean that the speed, success and exact quality of any conversion depend on factors outside our control: your device's CPU and memory, your browser's version, the size and complexity of your source file, and which background tabs and applications are competing for resources.

We test our tools on current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android. Older browsers, unsupported operating systems, or unusually constrained devices may produce different results, fail to load a tool entirely, or run out of memory on very large files. We cannot guarantee identical outputs across every device.

No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, security, freedom from viruses, and uninterrupted operation. You use the Service at your own risk.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable for any particular use case, or that any errors will be corrected on a particular timeline.

Your responsibilities and the content you process

You are solely responsible for every file you choose to process with the Service. By using a tool you confirm that you either own the file or have all necessary rights, licences, consents and permissions from the rights-holders to process it.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Process content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or threatening.
  • Process content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Strip technical-protection measures or DRM from content you do not own.
  • Process biometric data, government-issued identity documents or other regulated material in a way that would breach the law applicable to you.

Because all processing happens in your browser, you alone control what files enter the tool — we never see them. The legal responsibility for the content you process therefore sits with you.

Intellectual property

The ImageToAnything name, logo, design system, written content, illustrations, source code and underlying tool implementations are owned by ImageToAnything and protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database-right laws. You may share links to our pages and reference our content under normal fair-use / fair-dealing exceptions, but you may not copy, mirror, repackage, white-label, rebrand or redistribute the site, the tools or our editorial content without prior written permission.

You retain full ownership of every file you process with the Service. We claim no licence, no rights and no ownership over your inputs or outputs — we never had a copy in the first place.

Advertising on the Service

ImageToAnything is funded by display advertising delivered by Google AdSense and other certified ad networks. By using the Service you acknowledge that ads will be shown alongside the tools and content. We separate ads visually from tool output, we do not run pop-ups or video pre-rolls that block the page, and we follow Google's publisher policies.

Ads are served by third parties and may be personalised based on your prior browsing if you have consented to advertising cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to control or opt out of personalised advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any product or service advertised; transactions with advertisers are strictly between you and the advertiser.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ImageToAnything, its operators, contributors or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, files, image quality or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages — in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure outages, denial-of-service attacks, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any tool, page or feature at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImageToAnything and its operators against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third party's rights — in particular intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights — through the content you choose to process.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, to applicable law, or to our policies. The latest version will always be published on this page with the "last updated" date below. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to a revised version of these Terms, you should stop using the Service.
